后溪穴:
這是小腸經上的一個穴,
位於小指外側(尺側),即第五掌指關節處。
把手握拳,掌指關節後橫紋的盡頭,
也就是在第五掌指關節後的手掌橫紋頭處。
這個穴是奇經八脈的交會穴,通督脈,
能瀉心火、壯陽氣,調頸椎,利眼目,正脊柱。
臨床上,它可以調整長期伏案或在電腦前學習和工作
對身體帶來的一切不利影響,只要堅持,百用百靈。
用這個穴位非常簡單,而且容易堅持。
我們坐在桌子旁,
把雙手後溪穴的這個部位放在桌子沿上,
用腕關節帶動雙手,輕鬆地來回滾動,
即可達到刺激效果。
每次刺激3到5分鐘,每個小時刺激一次就足夠了。
大家可以試一下,堅持一天這樣做下來,肯定到了下班時腰不會酸、脖子不會累,眼睛會很大程度上的緩解。
每天堅持這麼做下去,首先是腰椎頸椎輕鬆挺直,
同時,你會發現眼睛也比以前好使了。
每隔一個小時提醒自己揉動一下後溪穴。
不管忙到什麼程度,我想這麼一點時間還是能抽出來吧。
何況,每小時這短短的3分鐘,是拯救我們的健康的!
后溪穴怎麼找呢?把手握成拳,
在第5掌指關節後的遠側掌橫紋頭赤白肉際處即是
即把手握拳,
掌指關節後,橫紋的盡頭 就是后溪穴

如果你坐在電腦面前,
可以把雙手后溪穴的這個部位放在桌子沿上,
用腕關節帶動雙手,輕鬆地來回滾動,
即可達到刺激效果。
在滾動當中,它會有一種輕微的酸痛。
這個動作不需要有意識的去做,
每天只用抽出三五分鐘的時間來,隨手動一下,
這個簡單的治頸肩腰椎病的方法,
我把它叫作滾揉后溪穴。
堅持下來則對頸椎、腰椎確實有著非常非常好的療效,
對保護視力也很好。以前工作繁忙時,
我每天在電腦前的工作時間也有十一、二個小時,
但多麼多年來我的視力、頸椎都沒有問題,
靠的也正是這個方法。

或许是为了最求片刻的宁静,选择了宁静的夜,或许在这个时候,只有实验室桌之上几台电脑嗡嗡的蜂鸣声能时刻的提醒我周围的存在。09年算是忙碌的一年,已经快到年底了,反观这一年自己做的事情,对于技术,或许更多的时间都和技术无关吧……追求片刻的宁静,寻求心灵的归属。最近几天黑白颠倒,每天只能睡4-5个小时,在安静的夜,或许能找到自己的真正的位置……
